About The Position

The Floor Care Specialist will perform specialized cleaning and maintenance services on a variety of flooring surfaces in commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area. Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Previous floor care experience required
Hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures
Hands-on knowledge of equipment operation
Hands-on knowledge of industry best practices
Experience with carpet cleaning and extraction
Experience with carpet spotting and stain removal
Experience with hard floor scrubbing and refinishing
Experience with stripping and waxing/VCT floor maintenance
Experience with burnishing, buffing, and polishing
Experience with floor care equipment operation and maintenance
Experience with proper chemical usage and safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
