About The Position

The Floor Supervisor plays an important role in store leadership, inspiring the team to work together to achieve goals, create an environment of aloha fun, and exceed guest expectations. This role involves guiding the team to execute merchandising and visual standards, determining performance expectations, providing coaching, designing internal growth programs, and hiring and developing team members to drive key results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Retail experience, with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A “get things done” mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of styles.
• Natural collaborator able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and visual standards appropriately.
• Determine performance expectations, provide coaching, and design internal growth programs.
• Use strong communication skills to emphasize brand direction and share product knowledge on the season’s current trends.
• Hire and develop the best and brightest, building a collaborative team to drive key results.
• Perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
