About The Position

WNC Laundry LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our fast-paced commercial laundry facility. The Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining safety procedures, and achieving production goals while promoting a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or laundry facility and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, commercial laundry, or related environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience training and developing employees.
  • Basic computer and reporting skills preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
  • Train, coach, and motivate employees to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular floor inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and work assignments.
  • Address operational issues and resolve employee concerns in a professional manner.
  • Communicate production updates and staffing needs to management.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor allocation.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer products and company equipment.
  • Complete production reports and other required documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
