About The Position

WNC Laundry LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our fast-paced commercial laundry facility. The Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining safety procedures, and achieving production goals while promoting a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or laundry facility and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements

2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, commercial laundry, or related environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience training and developing employees.
Basic computer and reporting skills preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees.
Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
Train, coach, and motivate employees to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular floor inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and work assignments.
Address operational issues and resolve employee concerns in a professional manner.
Communicate production updates and staffing needs to management.
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor allocation.
Ensure proper handling of customer products and company equipment.
Complete production reports and other required documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
