About The Position

TerrAscend Corp. is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients at their Lancaster, PA dispensary. The Floor Supervisor will assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. This role involves tactical work to service patients efficiently while also serving as a Leader on Duty (LOD). Responsibilities include opening the store, prepping staff, training new employees on the POS system and Ecommerce platform, and assisting patients with product usage questions. Strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence are critical due to working within a diverse team.

Requirements

Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Cannabis experience a plus.
