About The Position

JF Restaurants, led by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, is seeking a Floor Manager for The Terrace & Outdoor Gardens Restaurant at The Times Square Edition Hotel. The Floor Manager will oversee daily Front of House operations and staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences in collaboration with the Back of House. This role requires interacting with guests, employees, and supervisors with politeness and courtesy to provide gracious hospitality.

Requirements

3+ years of high volume restaurant Management experience
Proven experience working with event execution.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
Familiarity with Forbes service standards and luxury hospitality expectations.
Basic wine knowledge, including familiarity with key varietals, regions, and making guest recommendations.
Actively strive to ensure that we remain compliant with all local, state, and federal employment laws and Department of Health standards.
Certification in NYC Food Protection License is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain high visibility during service to provide support and address any issues.
