About The Position

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, sanitation, and guest service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining hospitality standards.
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operational oversight.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Experience handling guest recovery and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Familiarity with Toast POS system, Teamwork payroll system and scheduling platform, and communication tools.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality, restaurant, or guest service leadership experience preferred.
