About The Position

Under the direction of the Casino Operations Shift Manager, the Floor Manager will directly supervise the operation and conduct of the Table Games department. This role is responsible for adhering to all key controls as required by regulation, training and supervision of pit staff, and ensuring compliance with Casino Control Commission regulations and the company’s objectives, procedures and internal controls. The Floor Manager also promotes positive public relations and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of all casino game rules and regulations for table games(s) supervised.
  • Strong table game(s) and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise the operation and conduct of the Table Games department.
  • Adhere to all key controls as required by regulation.
  • Train and supervise pit staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Casino Control Commission regulations and the company’s objectives, procedures and internal controls.
  • Promote positive public relations.
