About The Position

Crown Uniform And Linen is hiring a Floor Lead for the night shift. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position. The Floor Lead supervises staff in production areas as directed by the Production Manager, helps train new employees, and assists in implementing procedures created by the Plant Manager. The role ensures staff meet quality and production standards and that production lines achieve their goals. It also involves setting up and operating machinery, conducting daily inspections, following safety procedures, and managing required paperwork and records. Attendance at staff meetings, training, and educational classes is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers and staff.
Motivational and analytical skills.
Dependable and professional.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy.
English required.
Capable of frequently lifting 10–30 lbs.
Able to stand most of the day.
Able to stoop, turn, bend, reach, push, kneel, and pull.
Able to wear a protective gown and gloves if required.

Responsibilities
