About The Position

Structis is a growing leader in commercial concrete flooring and specialty flooring systems in Florida, seeking experienced Resinous Coatings Installers and Concrete Polishers, along with Laborers, Foremen, and Supervisors. The company's work includes commercial concrete flatwork and finishing, epoxy, urethane cement, MMA, and other resinous flooring systems, concrete polishing, self-leveling underlayments and gypcrete, floor preparation, water proofing, and moisture mitigation for industrial, warehouse, healthcare, institutional, and manufacturing facilities. Structis empowers staff through ownership of projects, continuing education, and open communication.

Requirements

Experience in commercial concrete polishing and/or resinous floor coatings is highly preferred.
Experience with surface preparation, grinding, shot blasting, moisture mitigation, epoxy, urethane cement, and other resinous flooring systems.
Foremen and Supervisors should have proven experience leading crews and managing commercial construction projects.
Construction experience preferred for laborers; motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Commercial concrete flatwork and finishing
Epoxy, urethane cement, MMA, and other resinous flooring systems installation
Concrete polishing

Working in industrial, warehouse, healthcare, institutional, and manufacturing facilities
Leading crews and managing commercial construction projects (for Foremen and Supervisors)
Learning and performing construction tasks (for Laborers)
