About The Position
Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity at our 115 room Homestead TownePlace Suites! The TownePlace Suites Miami Homestead is located 30 miles south of Miami, 20 miles north of the Florida Keys between the Everglades and Biscayne National Park. The property features 115 guest suites just minutes from the Homestead Air Force Reserve Base and the Miami Homestead Speedway.
Requirements
- Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities
- Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
- Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
- Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
