About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments in the hotel. The Floor Houseperson will handle guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction, observe all house and safety rules, and follow housekeeping and security procedures. The position involves cleaning and servicing assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards, and restocking carts at the end of each shift. Additional deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions are also part of the duties, along with other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum one year cleaning experience.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
