Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or event services
  • Strong customer service mindset with a “client-first” approach
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AV equipment)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and consistent work history (not a job hopper)
  • Must be dependable and able to commit to a Monday–Friday daytime schedule

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 5-star, white-glove hospitality experience while greeting and assisting guests and employees
  • Provide real-time support for meetings, ensuring rooms are fully prepared (AV, lighting, supplies, temperature, etc.)
  • Conduct regular floor walks to maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for questions, requests, and office support needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Conference Services, AV, Catering, and Facilities
  • Support hoteling and workspace reservations, ensuring optimal space utilization
  • Monitor meeting room usage and proactively address no-shows or scheduling conflicts
  • Report and follow up on any facility or maintenance concerns
  • Back up to Receptionist
