About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, this role is responsible for the continuous cleaning of the casino and maintaining procedural integrity. Attendants must be self-motivated, able to identify property cleaning needs, and report any necessary repairs or damage to the Manager. They must also be capable of acting upon the cleaning needs of the facility when unsupervised.

Requirements

• Ability to read, follow instructions, and understand visual aids.
• Ability to use vacuum cleaner, ladders, and shop vacuum.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines.
• Answer all calls promptly, maintain politeness and pay attention to the needs of customers at all times.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls and doors.
• Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
• Cleaning, disinfecting and restocking all restrooms.
• Mopping floors, restrooms, and entrance.
• Responsible for removing all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans.
• Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpsters.
• Ensure the safety and security of customers and team members.
• Comply with Tribal/State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Tribal Internal Control System, Tribal Regulations, and all applicable Federal and State laws.
• Other duties assigned.
