We’re hiring hardworking installers to join a growing concrete floor coating company serving the Chicagoland area. If you like working with your hands, being part of a crew, and seeing the finished result of your work, this is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career. No floor coating experience required; we train the right people. Most jobs are completed in one day, so you’ll see the results of your work quickly. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
• Ability to bend, kneel, and work with tools
• Comfortable working in garages and job site environments
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Have a strong work ethic
• Enjoy hands-on work
• Work well with a team
• Want to learn a skilled trade
• Take pride in doing quality work

Responsibilities

• Grinding and prepping concrete floors
• Applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Moving materials and equipment
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
