About The Position

Cibola Vista Resort and Spa is hiring a Full-Time Floor Care Technician (Cleaner) for the resort.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to teamwork and guest service.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to perform work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, climb ladders, and move furniture as needed.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, dust, and noise.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating cleaning or floor care equipment preferred.
• Previous floor care, janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing floor care services including carpet extraction, shampooing, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing.
• Maintaining a variety of flooring surfaces, including carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), ceramic tile.
• Operating and caring for specialized floor care equipment and machinery.
• Cleaning and maintaining upholstered furniture and other soft surfaces.
• Responding promptly to guest and departmental requests.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs.
• Assisting with moving furniture and equipment as needed to complete floor care projects.
• Following all safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Supporting housekeeping and special cleaning projects throughout the resort.
