About The Position

The Floor Care Technician cleans carpets and floors in guest units and public areas at Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort. The role involves operating and maintaining floor-cleaning equipment, stripping and waxing floors as needed, and working independently or as part of a team. The position calls for curiosity about learning new processes and a commitment to keeping floors safe and clean. Candidates are expected to demonstrate integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpets and floors in guest units and public areas of the resort.
• Operate and maintain all floor-cleaning equipment.
• Strip and wax floors as needed.
• Work independently or with a team.
