About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring a Part-Time Floor Care & Cleaning Technician to support our commercial cleaning operations in the Grand Rapids area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering high-quality results, and is comfortable working evening or night shifts. You'll work alongside our professional cleaning teams while also assisting with specialized floor care projects across multiple client locations. If you have experience as a custodian, janitor, floor technician, or industrial cleaner-or are looking to get started in the cleaning industry-we provide paid training to help you succeed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts
• Flexible and dependable with strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning or floor care experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care services such as scrubbing, stripping, waxing, sealing, and buffing
• Clean carpets using extraction equipment and spot-treat stains
• Operate floor machines and other commercial cleaning equipment safely
• Assist with general janitorial tasks as needed
• Support team members at multiple commercial facilities
• Transport, set up, and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
