Requirements

• Strong attention to detail for identifying stains and damage and ensuring thorough cleaning processes
• Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with clients, understanding their needs, and providing clear explanations of services
• Knowledge of carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, hardwood floors, and HVAC
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete projects efficiently
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks comfortably
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various cleaning techniques
