About The Position

TruPartner Credit Union is hiring a full-time Floating Teller to work across all four Cincinnati branches. The role offers variety, builds relationships with members and teammates across the branches, and provides opportunities to learn different team practices and develop new skills. Branch assignments are based on staffing needs. Mileage for travel between branches is reimbursed.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, generally between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM, plus approximately two Saturdays per month until 1:30 PM. TruPartner describes the teller position as a first step on a career path and emphasizes member service, integrity, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Customer service experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar field is welcome.
• Comfort using basic computers and technology.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel between branches.

Nice To Haves

• Cash-handling experience is a plus but is not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle transactions quickly and accurately.
• Listen to members’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm attitude.
• Balance transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates across branches and departments.
• Adapt to each branch’s workflow and team.
• Travel between the credit union’s four branches as assigned.
