We are looking for a Floating Teller to work in branch offices throughout our Juniata County Region. As a Floating Teller, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily branch operations. Flexibility is key as this role is designed for someone who can work a different branches as needed. You will be scheduled in advance when possible, but we will also occasionally call on you to help fill last-minute staffing needs.
A Floating Teller position is a great way to get hands-on experience in banking operations and can serve as an entry point into a long-term financial services career.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math and analytical abilities
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin

Responsibilities

• Handling deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with precision
• Processing loan payments, utility payments, and night deposits
• Issuing cashier’s checks, money orders, and certified checks
• Balancing your cash drawer and preparing daily settlements
• Greeting customers warmly and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs
• Collaborating with team members across departments
• Maintaining compliance with all banking regulations and policies
