Role Overview: As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, accurate service while assisting with financial transactions, addressing banking needs, and offering products and services that support their financial goals. You will primarily work out of our Saukville Branch, with flexibility to travel to other branches as needed to support overall operations. In this role, you will process daily financial transactions, assist with account inquiries, and help members find solutions that meet their needs. You will build strong member relationships while ensuring accuracy, security, and a consistently positive experience in every interaction. Flexibility, teamwork, and strong attention to detail are essential as you adapt between branches and contribute to the success of the credit union. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Cash handling experience a plus
Strong math and computer skills
Flexibility: Ability to travel between branches and work rotating Saturday shifts
Ability to adhere to industry standards and regulations
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
