About The Position

Inspire Early Education is seeking caring, experienced, and certified Floating Childcare Teachers for their Harrisburg & York County Childcare Centers. This full-time role requires regular travel between multiple work sites, making reliable transportation essential. The position focuses on creating a joyful, inclusive environment where children and educators can flourish, with an emphasis on supporting children's growth, confidence, and development through play-based curriculum.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• At least 2500 hours professional experience with children (Required)
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A Plus!)
