About The Position

At Sweet Kiddles Flexible Childcare, this isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to shape young minds, inspire curiosity, and be part of something meaningful. We’re looking for caring, experienced Childcare Teachers who are ready to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms. We are seeking a Floating Substitute Teacher. This is a part-time position (16-40 hours/week), and we cannot guarantee full-time hours, though it may happen some weeks. Flexibility is paramount, and an individual must be able to travel to any 3 of our 10 Cleveland-based Sweet Kiddles Flexible Childcare centers. This role requires regular travel between multiple work sites, so reliable transportation is a must. Candidate should be available to work 9:00am-6:00pm with a one-hour break.

Requirements

• Experience in a childcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
