About The Position

Morgan Properties is hiring a hands-on, dependable Floating Service Technician to support three Rochester-area communities. The role is based at Crossroads Apartments & Townhomes in Spencerport, New York, and includes regular travel to Brockport Crossings Apartments & Townhomes in Brockport and Hickory Hollow, a 55+ community in Spencerport. The position involves apartment turns and general maintenance, repair work, resident service requests, preventative maintenance, and participation in an on-call rotation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Compensation is $23.00–$26.00 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, $300 Morgan Essentials, $15 per day for on-call coverage, and mileage/travel support between assigned communities.

Requirements

Be hands-on and dependable.
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between sites.

Nice To Haves

HVAC/EPA certification is a plus; the company is willing to help the right person grow.

Responsibilities

Complete apartment turns, make-readies, and general maintenance across all three properties.
Perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and carpentry.
Respond promptly to resident service requests with a respectful, customer-first attitude.
Assist with preventative maintenance and maintain grounds and common areas.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Travel between assigned communities.
