The Floating Property Manager will be responsible for driving sales, measurably increasing revenue, improving resident satisfaction, and boosting the company's reputation within the community. This role involves strategically directing and mentoring a team of professionals, acting as a continued problem solver for residents and the team, and leading by example to ensure exceptional service. The Property Manager will lead a team of Leasing Agents, collaborate with the Maintenance team, and continuously seek ways to increase occupancy and resident retention. They will develop and execute new strategies, approve and monitor budget expenditures, report to the executive team on business risks and opportunities, and host engagement events for residents. Maintaining the company's reputation by representing S2 and advocating for its Core Values is also a key aspect of this role.
