About The Position

The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join their team. This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville. A Floating Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to travel, direct, motivate, and inspire a large team. This role is for someone seeking a career, not just a job, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that rewards success. The ideal candidate is a born leader who instills confidence in those they mentor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community.
• Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
• Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively.
• Commitment to TCC Curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail.
• Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
• Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies.
• Eye for asset management.
• Commitment to TCC Culture, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team.
• Strong understanding of the service aspect of a community.
