This position is for a full-time Floating Onsite Occupancy Administrator to work at Crescent Park Apartments, a 378-unit affordable housing community in Richmond, CA. This is a HUD SEC 8/TCAC Combo property. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of affordable housing property management experience or a housing regulatory agency. COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Profession of Occupancy) and/or TCS (Tax Credit Specialist; SCS – Site Compliance Specialist or SHCM – Specialist in Housing Credit Management and/or any related designation certification. c.1 years supervisory experience. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus. Salary range: $84,000 - $136, 500 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $84,000 - $110,250 per year, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Ensures REM onsite staff compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to affordable multi-family housing development, Low Income Tax Credits and HUD programs. Leads staff training for new initiatives and/or creating efficiencies for application and recertification processing. Understands and supports EAH’s mission and core values.
