Floating Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Haverkamp Properties is a 31-year-old family business with the purpose of “Create Communities Where You Love to LIVE” and to “maximize property values.” The company is working towards a 10-Year Target of seventeen thousand six hundred units under management. This role supports site teams in day-to-day operations, including work orders, unit make-ready, and property condition upkeep. The position also assists with property-specific projects, student turnover, and special projects as assigned by the Facilities Director. Adaptability to various sites and staffs is key. The company operates on EOS principles, ensuring clear direction, necessary tools, and supportive leadership.
Requirements
- Support site teams in the day-to-day site operations, including but not limited to work orders, make ready and property condition upkeep.
- Assist in property specific projects outside of normal daily scope
- Aid in student turnover process
- Assist in special projects as assigned by Facilities Director
- Ability to adapt to various sites and staffs
