Floating Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Haverkamp Properties is a 31-year-old family business focused on creating communities where people love to live and maximizing property values. We are working towards a 10-year target of seventeen thousand six hundred units under management. This role supports site teams in daily operations, including work orders, unit turnovers, and property upkeep. The position also involves assisting with property-specific projects, student turnover, and special projects as assigned by the Facilities Director, requiring adaptability to various sites and staffs.
Requirements
- Ability to support site teams in day-to-day site operations.
- Ability to assist in property specific projects outside of normal daily scope.
- Ability to aid in student turnover process.
- Ability to assist in special projects as assigned by Facilities Director.
- Ability to adapt to various sites and staffs.
- Achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95%.
- Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less.
Responsibilities
- Support site teams in day-to-day site operations, including work orders, make ready, and property condition upkeep.
- Assist in property-specific projects outside of normal daily scope.
- Aid in student turnover process.
- Assist in special projects as assigned by Facilities Director.
