About The Position

Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a Floating Leasing Associate who will travel between communities within our Atlanta multifamily portfolio, lending a hand where extra support is needed. You'll be connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home. This role is for someone who is fun, upbeat, and ready to turn their personality into a paycheck.

• Professional, dependable, and excited to grow in real estate.
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual Preferred - Spanish.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different properties and provide hands-on service support.
• Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments and earn commission.
• Promote properties on social media.
• Build relationships and connections that make people feel at home.
• Get creative with marketing and outreach efforts.
• Work alongside a supportive, fun-loving team.
