This role involves following standardized recipes, writing menus, ensuring meals meet quality standards and are prepared within acceptable time limits. The cook will also manage ordering, receiving, storing, and inventory control of perishable products following HACCP standards, control waste, and use time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additional related duties may be assigned by leadership.
