About The Position

Holman is seeking a highly adaptable Floating Finance & Insurance Consultant to support its South Florida dealership network. This role is ideal for a high-performing F&I professional who can seamlessly step into multiple dealership environments to maintain performance and compliance. The selected candidate must be flexible and available to travel daily to various Holman locations based on business needs.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales and finance
Proficiency with dealership and finance systems, including: CDK, Darwin, Dealertrack, RouteOne
Strong understanding of deal structuring, lender relations, and compliance requirements
Valid driver’s license with the ability and willingness to travel frequently between locations

Responsibilities

Provide F&I coverage at assigned dealerships based on staffing and operational needs
Assist customers in navigating the vehicle financing process with clarity and professionalism
Present and maximize finance and protection product offerings on each transaction
Collaborate closely with sales teams and Sales Managers to finalize deals efficiently and profitably
Structure deals, secure financing, and ensure accurate deal packaging
Stay informed on manufacturer programs, lender guidelines, and alternative financing options
Work with lending institutions to optimize customer approvals and funding outcomes
Review, verify, and submit contracts accurately and in a timely manner
Report contract approval status to sales teams promptly
Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies
