About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a people leader who is passionate about Montessori education to provide leadership at campuses undergoing transitions or needing additional hands-on support. The role focuses on helping campuses grow enrollment, attract and retain staff, build strong parent communities, and maintain a high-quality educational experience for every child. The administrator develops campus plans, fosters a culture aligned with the organization’s mission, builds community among staff, parents, and children, and ensures delivery of an exceptional program.

Requirements

• Early childhood education leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• An aptitude for creating a warm and benevolent team culture.
• Strong leadership and the ability to make tough decisions with limited information.
• A passion for improving education through Montessori pedagogy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching in an early childhood education setting.
• Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool.
• Familiarity with the Montessori method of education or a Montessori certification.
