- Comfortable providing coverage at all practice locations as needed
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Greet and check patients in and out in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming faxes and electronic communications
- Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handle patient inquiries and triage messages appropriately
- Assist providers with patient care as a trained Medical Assistant
- Prepare and clean exam and treatment rooms
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment
- Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain necessary medical information
- Support providers during procedures to ensure high-quality patient care cross multiple roles
