About The Position

The Float position plays an essential role in the kitchen, as they are cross trained to be able to make an impact at every kitchen position. The float is a flexible position that requires an adaptable employee capable of going where needed based on the needs of the business.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Train in all kitchen departments of the operation to be able to assist where needed when needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be flexible/adaptable to go where needed.
• Assist with loading, ordering, inventory and daily production as needed.
• Motivate and encourage other team members.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Continuously communicate with managers and all team members to improve daily operations.
• Perform other tasks as delegated by management.
