About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is seeking a Floater to perform janitorial and custodial work that keeps facilities clean, organized, and safe. Duties include general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas; floor care; waste removal; and replenishing supplies. The role involves using cleaning equipment and following customer schedules, company policies, and safety guidelines. The position may be full-time or part-time, is on the first shift, includes weekend work, and requires flexibility to work 5–6 days a week. Relocation is not provided, and travel is not required.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
Remove trash and recycling, empty wastebaskets, and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Spot-clean soiled areas as needed.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet-floor care.
Use equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
