About The Position

The Learning Experience - Franklin is looking for a dependable, experienced Floater Teacher to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with different age groups, supporting classroom teams, and making a meaningful difference throughout the school day. The Floater Teacher will support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as assigned, maintaining appropriate supervision and classroom ratios. They will assist with L.E.A.P. Curriculum activities and classroom routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions. The role involves engaging children through stories, art, music, movement, and play, providing consistent support to Lead Teachers, and building positive relationships with families and coworkers. The Floater Teacher is also responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and organized classrooms and following Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required for assigned age groups
• Comfortable supporting multiple classrooms and age groups
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Must meet EEC requirements for assigned classroom responsibilities

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional childcare or early childhood experience preferred
