About The Position

IPS Security Inc. is looking for Event Security Officers to join our team. Your role as a Event Security Officer will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, monitor and report any activity, and work hand in hand with the other staff members. In order to be successful in this role, you must have open availability, have good communication skills both orally and written, and have strong customer service skills. This position is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The salary is $18.00 an hour during the initial 90-day probationary period, increasing to $19.00 an hour upon successful completion of the probation period. Must have flexible availability to work Thursday through Sunday, with varying schedules.

Requirements

• Must have an NY Security License.
• Must have hospitality experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Maintain company professional standards.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
