About The Position

Need to travel to different locations on a daily basis in LA County. Assume and assist day-to-day operation of specific parking projects as assigned to each location.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of parking experience.
• Must be flexible between 6am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
• Must have a source of transportation to travel to different locations in LA County.

Nice To Haves

• One year of lead or supervisory experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Valet experience

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member issues and inquiries.
• Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue.
• Handle and manage cash accurately.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues.
• Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times.
• Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary.
• Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time.
• Keep work area clean and do daily cleaning/maintenance as needed.
