About The Position

Full-Time Float TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate) for NeuroStim TMS Centers, Washington’s leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy. This role is based in Spokane, traveling between Spokane and Spokane Valley clinics. The position offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in mental health care, delivering cutting-edge, non-invasive treatments for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
• Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
• Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively.

Nice To Haves

• BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
• Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
• Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.
