As a key part of our frontline team, you’ll help members with their everyday financial needs—handling transactions with accuracy, care, and a whole lot of personality. You’re not just processing transactions—you’re creating great experiences and building trust with every interaction.

Requirements

At least 6 months of customer service and cash handling experience (financial institution experience preferred)
Some sales or cross-selling experience—you’re comfortable making recommendations that help people
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people

Be the go-to person for members by handling cash and check transactions quickly and accurately
Keep your drawer balanced like a pro—every day
Turn everyday interactions into meaningful conversations using warm greetings and genuine connection
Spot opportunities to recommend products and services that truly help members (no pushy sales here—just smart solutions)
Hit monthly referral goals by matching members with what they need
Stay organized and on top of reports, referrals, and daily balancing—details matter
Keep your cash drawer secure and follow all security and limit guidelines
Make regular outreach calls to stay connected with members
Jump in wherever needed—we’re a team that has each other’s backs
