About The Position

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Woodbury West branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes all of our metro branches. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where employees can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth.

Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

Requirements

• Minimum High School degree or GED
• Minimum of one year customer service experience
• Minimum of one year cash handling experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous financial service experience a plus
• Fiserv DNA experience

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism

• Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions on a daily basis
