About The Position

Blaze Credit Union is currently hiring a Float Teller at the St. Cloud location, but the position may float to other branches including but not limited to Milaca and Princeton. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where associates can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
