About The Position

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Roseville South branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes Minneapolis North, Roseville North, Eden Prairie, and Plymouth. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where employees can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions

Requirements

Minimum High School degree or GED
Minimum of one year customer service experience
Minimum of one year cash handling experience

Nice To Haves

Previous financial service experience a plus

Responsibilities

Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
