About The Position

Love variety in your work and want to be part of a reliable, hardworking team? Howard Building Maintenance is hiring a Float Team Cleaner to help cover multiple cleaning accounts throughout the Treasure Valley. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong leadership, clear expectations, and everything you need to succeed. Start each shift at our Caldwell shop, where you’ll pick up a company vehicle (fuel included) and any supplies needed. Visit a variety of job sites — sometimes working solo, sometimes with a partner — depending on the day’s needs.

Requirements

1+ year of professional cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to/from our Caldwell shop
Smartphone (required for communication)
Must pass background and drug screening
Authorized to work in the U.S.
1 year of professional cleaning experience
Hard-working team players with a can do attitude!

Responsibilities

General cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash removal
Support tasks: Stocking supplies, inspecting facilities, and making deliveries when needed
Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
