About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Registered Nurse for its Clinical Resource Group (CRG), working across multiple facilities in the Fort Wayne area and surrounding locations. The role offers $46 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time employees, flexible scheduling, and a consistent, guaranteed monthly schedule. Nurses provide coverage for facility staffing needs and deliver resident care across varied work environments, without agency contract hopping. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are offered.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- At least 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.
- Willingness to travel locally within approximately 50 miles.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability.
