About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Licensed Practical Nurse for its Clinical Resource Group (CRG), serving multiple facilities in the Fort Wayne area. This travel role offers $40 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time employees, flexible scheduling, and a consistent, guaranteed monthly schedule. The role provides variety across work environments and supports facility staffing needs without agency contract hopping.

The nurse provides resident care at multiple locations, supports facility teams, and documents and communicates changes. Local travel within approximately 50 miles is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are offered.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Indiana.
• At least 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.
• Willingness to travel locally within approximately 50 miles.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities
