About The Position
This position will travel to American Senior Communities facilities in the Ft. Wayne, IN and surrounding areas. The role involves assuming the planning, responsibility, and accountability for resident care of a designated nursing unit, making a difference in the lives of residents through care and compassion.
Requirements
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
- Valid Indiana Nurse Licensure
- RN – Registered Nurse
- LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse
- CNA- Certified Nurses Assistant
