Vancouver Clinic is seeking WA State credentialed MA-Phlebotomists for both Full Time and Part Time Float positions. This role requires individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and high-quality patient care. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and involves floating to various locations. As a professional representative of the laboratory, the phlebotomist is crucial in creating a positive patient experience. The role also involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team to support positive outcomes. A strong understanding of department procedures, as well as computerized EMR and Lab Information Systems, is essential. Multiple schedules are available, including Full Time (40 hours per week) and Part Time (30 hours per week). Float shifts are typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM, and include a rotating Saturday shift from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, across Washington or Oregon locations. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.
