About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to provide direct patient care and wellness services in a progressive, fast-paced environment. The pharmacist supports disease state management, optimizes medication therapy, delivers patient-centered care, and assists with acute and chronic conditions. The role also includes supervising pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns and supporting a safe, compliant pharmacy environment. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Pharm.D., equivalent, or FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Champion operational excellence and help ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Contribute to company cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability.
• Support disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
